How do I place an order?
Browse through the selection of apparel items. When you find what you want to order, select the color and sizes you want to order. Click add to cart. When you are finished adding items to your cart, click checkout and follow the prompts.
How do I create an account?
Click on the “Register” tab at the top of the page and follow the prompts.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Merchandise shipment date is approximately 20 business days for Apparel and 8 business days for Hard Goods after order submission.
You will receive an order confirmation when the order is placed and again after your order is shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
Login to your account, click the “My Account” tab, then click “Orders” to check the status of your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
All changes or cancellations to any order must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. Please submit any changes or cancellations to Michelle Stiles, Michelle.Stiles@ecmd.com
How do I return or exchange an order?
All sales are final. Since all of our apparel products are decorated to order, we cannot accept exchanges. Defective merchandise and/or shortages must be submitted in writing with samples and/or photos within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.

What are the measurements for the different sizes?
Click on the Size Charts tab at the top of the page to see a detailed product measurements chart. Keep in mind that many of the items in this store are from different manufacturers and their interpretation of specific sizes may be different. One brand may run large and one may run small, so make sure you check the chart for each different item you order.
Is there a minimum quantity I must order?
Most items do not require a minimum quantity; however, if there is a minimum quantity, it will say this in the item description. You will be prompted to increase the quantity when the order is below minimum.
